A Champagne rarity: a rosé in "dry" dosage. The color is intense and deep, very crimson, but with brilliant reflections. The nose evokes red fruit, but especially sugar at first taste. On aeration, raspberry jam develops. On the palate, the wine, though very sweet, finds a balance with its tension. A perfect match for a red-fruit pavlova or, less classically, Indian cuisine with a spicy character.
