The beautiful golden color with light pinkish highlights gives way to a bouquet where all the delicacy of an armful of wild flowers opens the nose, quickly followed by fresh, juicy notes of white peach and Golden apple. The palate is more incisive, with an acidic structure reminiscent of lemon peel, and a mineral, saline structure. The finish is chiselled, but not without breadth.
