A lovely soft pink color! A nose that's full of pinot, smelling of cherries, tart redcurrants, herbs and aromatic herbs with a hint of toast. On the attack, the bubbles are present and notes of red fruit candy appear. The tension remains palpable with this acidic framework and the sweetness of the fruit. A sunny greediness envelops both nose and mouth, and leaves us begging for more!

Having taken over the family business in Rouvres-les-Vignes, on the Côte des Bar in the Aube region, Nathalie Falmet is now a true researcher, developing parcel-based cuvées and ageing in barrels and amphorae. The parcel-based cuvées simply bear the number of the registered parcel, allowing each grape variety to express itself. The estate covers 3.50 ha of Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils.
