The intense color is more reminiscent of a light Burgundy than a Champagne rosé. In fact, that's the first impression you get when you reach for your glass, with aromas of ripe pinot noir, burlat cherry mixed with peony and a hint of black pepper. The palate is less expressive, with a loose texture that evolves on discreet bubbles. The cherry and Ente plum flavors are found in a wine marked by dosage. The perfect dessert wine with pavlova.
