An intense color, similar to that of a Riceys rosé, marks this Tentation made from a bleeding of Pinots. On the nose, notes of red fruit dominate, but do not mask the rhubarb and fresh floral notes that add freshness. The palate is full and powerful, with a very fruity attack. This champagne is best served with meats.
