A beautiful Pinot nose for this pure grape variety, vinified in oak barrels, cellared for a long time and disgorged without dosage. On the palate, the wood doesn't mark the wine; it liberates it and makes it scintillating in texture. Hints of menthol even accompany the finish. A cuvée you'll want to open with veal tatare, chanterelles and old-fashioned mustard.
