What complexity for this 100% pinot noir! A rich, greedy, vinous and racy nose initiates aromas of golden, williams pear and mature nectarine on notes of white pepper. The palate is suave and charming, with vinous notes and intentional chalkiness on an authentic pinot noir finish. A mealtime champagne to try with an almost lacquered duck, sweet onions.
