Patrick Arnould and his brother-in-law Thierry Gibelin, now joined by Thomas Gibelin (the sixth generation), head up the family's 12-hectare Grand Cru estate in Verzenay. They grow mainly Pinot Noir (80% of the vineyard), but also Chardonnay on their 52 plots, which are vinified with respect for the environment (HVE and VDC certifications). The wines are matured in both vats and barrels, with the aim of producing champagnes that best reveal the diversity of Verzenay's magnificent terroir.
