Gault&Millau's review
2021
93/100
This magnum, disgorged in October 2018, has the same mouthfeel as the bottled cuvée, but with an extra touch of deliciousness and more intense aromatic complexity. The wine appears richer, creamier and more measured, but the chalky finish balances the whole. A magnum to open with creamy Bresse chicken.
