Gault&Millau's review
2021
92/100
Tasted in February 2015, this bottle has waited over 5 years in the cellar before being offered to us for tasting. Very fine bubbles precede a mature palate of discreet, thirst-quenching effervescence. The saline bitterness accompanies fine aromas of ripe fruit, and the chalky finish goes well with a chaource or neufchâtel-type cheese.
