From the pale pink robe rises a swirl of red berry scents, followed by intense fruitiness and a masculine, almost kirsch spirit (plum, cherry). On the palate, we find kirsch and maraschino cherries, with black pepper, intense acidity and lemony minerality, all in elegance and power. Finally, the tannins arrive harmoniously. A precise, poised rosé to accompany a black pepper steak.
