A transparent, slightly tinted color announces the mineral, saline nose, with fresh white fruits (peach). The bubbles are skimmed and very airy on a light mousse. Fresh yellow fruit opens unexpectedly to coat the palate with exotic sweetness (pineapple). This wine needs time to reveal the freshness of the Montagne de Reims grand cru.

Laurianne Lejour

Laurianne Lejour, who heads up this small 1.5 ha vineyard, describes herself as a "paysanne" (farmer), a "vigneronne" (winemaker) and an "artisan" (craftswoman). She harvests Grand Cru and Premier Cru vines in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs regions. Each plot is worked individually. The Ambonnay, Bouzy and Louvois crus are used to make the rosé for which she was a finalist in the Jeunes talents du champagne competition in 2021. She represents the future of champagne.
