Gault&Millau's review
Laurianne Lejour, who heads up this small vineyard of just 1.5 hectares, describes herself as a "paysanne", a winegrower and a craftswoman. She harvests Grand Cru and Premier Cru vines in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs regions. Each plot is worked individually. The Ambonnay, Bouzy and Louvois crus are used to make the rosé for which she was a finalist in the Jeunes talents du champagne competition in 2021. The future of champagne also lies in these small estates in search of excellence, which we are delighted to present to you here. The three references in the range are all very good and well-made, fresh and salivating. A domain to be discovered as a matter of urgency by buying online.
