The discreet bubbles give way to a fine palate dominated by notes of rose and pear. Both saline and fruity, this wine takes on citrus aromas with marked acidity (combava, citron). The whole is greedy and develops a long finish. Try it with a shellfish soup with a hint of curry.

Laurianne Lejour

Laurianne Lejour, who heads up this small vineyard of just 1.5 hectares, describes herself as a "paysanne", a winegrower and a craftswoman. She harvests Grand Cru and Premier Cru vines in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs regions. Each plot is worked individually. The Ambonnay, Bouzy and Louvois crus are used to make the rosé for which she was a finalist in the Jeunes talents du champagne competition in 2021. The future of champagne also lies in these small estates in search of excellence, which we are delighted to present to you here.
