La Villesenière
The family estate run by Laurence and Cyrille Chenevotot is located in the Marne Valley. All cuvées from the 4 ha of vines are vintages from the Boursault terroir alone, vinified and aged for around ten months in barrel. The powerful style of these champagnes makes them the perfect companions for both fish and meat dishes. The estate has been certified organic since 2023. It adheres to the Vignerons Indépendants charter, vinifying only its own grapes. We have a soft spot for its "Cœur de Meunier" cuvée, which is unfailingly consistent.
