With a notable orange tint suggesting its origins (Vallée de la Marne and Meunier), the nose is creamy and softly oaky with ripe smooth fruit. Lively bubbles on the definitely creamy palate, with orange blossom and juices, baked pear and apple, express the concentration from the old vines creating silky acidity, and salty notes place this cuvée directly on to the table with the main course.
