The nose of this pure meunier is still wood-aged, but fruit is not far away: dried mango, ripe apricot and white peach. The discreet bubbles quickly give way to an intense body, where a delicate bitterness plays hide-and-seek with a very fresh structure and small tannins. Tension returns on the saline, salivating finish.
