A sunny blanc de noirs. The fragrance is characterized by stewed white fruit, while milky notes and soft caramel ensure a certain greediness. On the palate, the wine is evenly chewy and slightly dry. The finish is chalky and salivating, with good length. An ideal Champagne for an aperitif or to accompany an Iberian pluma with wild asparagus.
