The wine's deep gold color reveals very fine bubbles, the result of prolonged cellar aging. On the nose, mature Chardonnay explodes with brioche, yellow flowers, honeysuckle, broom, stewed white fruit (pear, peach) and sweet spices (vanilla, nutmeg). This fullness is echoed on the palate, with a velvety, mature attack, awakened by fine bubbles and finishing with flavors of candied zest and spices. Chardonnay lovers in their wisdom will love it; so will lobster with vanilla.
