Winemakers from father to son for three generations—and now from father to daughter for the fourth—the members of the Charbaut family have preserved the family-run character of their Champagne house, founded in 1936, to ensure the brand’s continued prestige. Guy’s son, Xavier, now runs the estate, supported by his wife Nathalie and their daughter Hélène. Smoothness and authentic wines, along with maturation and the full aromatic expression of the fruit, are the hallmarks of the house, with some vintages having aged in the cellars for over 160 months. In 2025, the cuvées will feature new packaging and names, inspired by a circular vault located in their chalk-hewn cellars.
