Elegant in its domed bottle, this Blanc de Noirs, made exclusively from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ Pinots Noirs, is presented for the first time. A complex, open nose with toasty-toasted notes, followed by stone fruit, is followed by an ample, racy palate with a long, salivating finish. The generosity of the vintage is well balanced by the finesse of the terroir. A fine cuvée to open with friends after a meal.
