The nose plunges straight into a basket of ripe summer fruits, white flowers and citrus fruits, with their fresh, juicy, sunny fragrances. The palate is fresh and taut, without excessive acidity. A superb balance of yellow citrus, citrusy notes of eucalyptus and tarragon, with a lemony finish that awakens the taste buds. It's very well done, as the absence of dosage melts into the material. The bubbles are perfectly dynamic before a chalky finish that adds breadth and chewiness.

Today, the house produces 500,000 bottles a year, a range of champagnes combining quality, freshness and elegance.
