Freshness and minerality assert themselves in a nose that is efficient, yet pleasing in its simplicity. Aromas of green apple, Sicilian lemon, apricot and mirabelle plum add gourmandise. The palate is straightforward, not very intense, but pleasant thanks to finely calibrated bubbles and integrated dosage. The softly lemony finish awakens the palate.

The company's history began with Jean-Michel Gremillet, in 1979, and continues today with his children, Anne and Jean-Christophe, accompanied by their respective spouses. Together, they offer an optimistic view of the future, and place determination, dynamism and hard work at the heart of their values. Today, the company produces 500,000 bottles a year. A range of champagnes combining quality, freshness and elegance. The fruit of know-how and a precious land: a 55-hectare estate in the heart of the Côte des Bar terroir, where Pinot Noir is king.
