Gault&Millau's review
It's in the commune of Balnot-sur-Laignes, south-west of Troyes, that Maison Gremillet works its 39 ha of vines. For several generations, this family-run business has been growing Pinot Noir for the most part, with Chardonnay as a back-up. The entire range is made exclusively with the cuvée and spends a minimum of 22 months in the cellar.
