This cuvée proves that rosé can be a fine gourmet wine while retaining its freshness and tension. The nose evokes morello cherries, rose petals, custard, stewed raspberries and grilled mushrooms. The palate is fleshy and slender, with integrated, subtle bubbles. The finish is intense and fine, fruity and delicate at the same time. An ideal rosé to reveal the delicate flesh of meat, such as veal tartar with summer truffles.
