Made exclusively from Pinot Noir, this cuvée is based on vines from Bisseuil and Ambonnay, on a 2016 base. Aromas of raspberry, green pear, blood orange and milk chocolate emerge. The wine is fleshy and flavorful, carried by fine bubbles to a saline, taut finish with hints of hazelnut. Pair with a soft pork chop, onion soubise sauce.
