Among the still wines to be discovered in the region, this cuvée is not lacking in distinction. The just-right ripeness of the Pinot grape on this magnificent terroir brings out vanilla, burlat cherry and spicy notes of speculoos, blackberry jam and smoked bacon. Tasty and velvety on the palate, with crisp tannins, freshness, good persistence and a hint of oak. Cellar for a few years or enjoy with full-bodied noble meats, such as venison pavé topped with a molasses-sweetened pepper sauce.
