Julie Médeville and her husband Xavier Gonet have been in charge of this 12-hectare vineyard since 2000. It is located in Bisseuil, between Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Bouzy. They benefit from a beautiful range of plots spread over 8 villages including 3 Grands Crus (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger and Ambonnay) and 5 Premier Crus (Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Bisseuil, Billy-Le-Grand, Trépail and Vaudemange). Both the work of the soils and the 100% organic amendment allow the respect of the specificity of the terroirs which constitue the main asset of this estate. Each of their plots is separated and vinified in old barrels, they also stop the malolactic fermentation in order to develop the ageing capacity of their wines. Furthermore, they own vineyards in the Bordeaux region too.
