This 100% pinot noir celebrates its decade with plenty of freshness, acidity and drive, all confirmed by a sapid, saline palate. The finish offers lemony notes combined with dried flowers. It would be best to wait 1 or 2 years before serving this fine 2008 with Arctic char and sorrel.
