A great, classic Champagne vintage, 2013 gives us a wine with a complex nose and aromas of toast, pastry and juicy white fruit. On the palate, the champagne is sapid, straightforward and elegant. It's worth waiting a little longer, but can also be opened at the table with a noble fish, such as a St. Pierre.
