The nose opens up with less fruit than expected, but after aeration shows itself to be racy and energetic. On the palate, the wine is chiselled with notes of infused lemon, rhubarb, redcurrant and chalk. A blanc de blancs to be opened as an aperitif, with its contrasting tension and verrines of chanterelle risotto.
