Superb balance between sweetness of evolution, greedy pastry aromas and the freshness of white, almost crunchy, passion fruit. The palate is more marked by spices (pink berries, white pepper) and the acidic frame energizes the whole. Floral notes accentuate the delicacy of the material, before a softly acidic, insolently youthful finish.
