A blend of equal parts of the 3 main Champagne grape varieties for this cuvée made from the blending of the 2012 and 2013 harvests. The rich, ripe, gourmet nose precedes a palate with beautiful notes of wild mushrooms and dried porcini mushrooms. Freshness, Champagne bitters and acidity balance each other out. A fine wine for ageing and gastronomy, which can be laid down for several years before serving with tournedos Rossini.
