Identical to the Carte d'Or cuvée, but with extra brut dosage and a blend of 2015 to 2017 harvests. Freshness and acidity are balanced in this wine, which has yet to reveal its full potential. The beautiful Champagne bitters are sapid on the finish. Pair with warm oysters in sabayon sauce.
