Produced from a blend of the 2013 and 2014 harvests, this cuvée bottled in 2015 has waited 7 years in the cellar. The nose offers aromas of fresh mushrooms. On the palate, the wine is structured, with bitters softened by a creamy patina. Freshness and acidity come together. We'll need to wait a few more years for this gastronomic wine to complexify its aromas, but it can already be enjoyed with veal breast.
