A very elegant ratafia with a very light colour, is presented in a contemporary minimally designed bottle. The nose is delicate with notes of citrus, fresh grapes and fresh herbs. Fruits remain clear as sweetness melts into the full bodied palate. A modern style Ratafia that can be opened as an aperitif, and should convince many bartenders to use to create cocktails.
