Pale lemon in color with light golden highlights. The nose is herbaceous, fresh and lemony. The bubbles and mousse are racy and lively. The palate is fresh and intense, underpinned by integrated oak and juicy, salivating limes and lemons. The finish is long and taut. A champagne for the aperitif and the table, with shellfish and seafood platters.

Located in Ludes, in the heart of the Reims mountains, on a surface area of almost 10 ha, the estate, founded in 1930, produces an average of 80,000 bottles a year. Luc and his daughter Bertille regularly sell their vintages at events such as the Salon des Vins des Vignerons Indépendants in Lille and Paris. On the estate, a champagne bar, La Terrasse by Gaidoz-Forget, regularly hosts events featuring aperitif platters. The house is a member of the Champagne independent winegrowers' federation and of the Champagne Terroirs Expérience association.
