Champagnes
Gault&Millau's review
Franck Bonville began marketing his champagnes after the Second World War. Today, Olivier represents the third generation at the helm of this estate located in Avize, on the Côte des Blancs, with a 20-hectare vineyard composed entirely of grand crus in Avize, Oger and Cramant. On the strength of this heritage, Olivier Bonville produces a fine range of terroir-based champagnes, including vintage versions of the main villages.
