The estate's only parcel-based cuvée, from a 60-year-old vineyard in Oger, this wine is vinified in oak barrels. Here, lemon gives way to the essence of citrus, before revealing that of nuts and fine wood. This woodiness is echoed on the palate with a wine of great amplitude, losing none of its pep and chalky tension. A major success to open with caramelized sweetbreads.
