The nose of this Pur Avize opens greedily with scents of white chocolate, kumquat, bergamot and damp chalk. It reveals the true maturity of the grapes. On the palate, the champagne is racy, long and powerful. Perhaps a little less gourmand than the nose would suggest, but with a magnificent sense of terroir. A champagne of great elegance.
