This cork-fired Pur Oger is airy and complex. Notes of pear, hazelnut and chalk seem to be sprinkled on the wine's surface. On the palate, the champagne is a little stricter than its cousins from neighboring villages, but with great breed. The grape juice appears intact, so clean is it. Very good sapidity accompanied by remarkable acid tension.
