Produced exclusively from the Avize Grand Cru, this cuvée is also available as a brut. The Chardonnay expresses itself sapidly, with notes of honey and toast. The finish is chalky, saline and iodized. Recently disgorged, this champagne can be kept for a few more years, or enjoyed at the table with a fricassee of langoustines with saffron.
