The Diebolt family has been based in Cramant since the late 19th century. In 1978, the winery was founded by Jacques Diebolt and Nadia Vallois. Following in the footsteps of their children, Arnaud and Isabelle, their granddaughters, Ophélie and Philippine, have been managing this 15-hectare estate—planted primarily with Chardonnay in Cramant, Cuis, and Chouilly—since 2016. The Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes come from plots on the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Bar. With a low dosage, the estate’s style is characterized by a creamy texture while remaining distinctly Cramant.
