The acidity is fine, savory, juicy, giving dynamism and energy to this vibrant wine that unfolds in stages. It has the length and chewiness of Cramant's grands crus, interpreted with subtlety.

Diebolt-Vallois

The Diebolt family has been established in Cramant since the late 19th century. In 1978, the name was changed to Diebolt-Vallois when Jacques Diebolt joined forces with his wife, Nadia Vallois. Ophélie and Philippine, the third generation, now run this 14-hectare estate, with a majority of Chardonnay from Cramant, Cuis and Chouilly. The Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier come from parcels in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Bar regions. With a low dosage, the house style is characterized by a creamy texture while remaining very Cramant. Rightly regarded as one of the benchmark estates, we highly recommend tasting these bottles.
