A beautiful pale gold color with green highlights reveals subtle aromas of white flowers, fresh almond and hazelnut with a touch of vanilla cream, giving a sensation of comfort, not to mention freshness. The palate is tender, barely jostled by a delicate, mellow effervescence before a salivating finish. Charm and shyness, even if one senses an inflexible character emerging that should enable this cuvée to last a long time while retaining its freshness.
