On opening, there's a slight yeasty edge that quickly disappears, giving way to luscious aromas of red apple and redcurrant. Beneath an intense bubble that quickly fades, acidity stretches the body, which wraps around aromas of white-fleshed fruit and ripe citrus (lemon, grapefruit). This freshness is moderated by a perfectly integrated dosage before a lightly bitter, very salivating finish.
