The ravishing columns of bubbles and the almost coppery gold color of this cuvée flatter the eye. This 100% pinot noir offers a dashing, complex nose. Cardamom and licorice join blackcurrant on the nose. The palate, with its remarkable tension and minerality, moves towards pleasantly salivating bitters. Goes well with rabbit terrine with tarragon.
