The presentation and packaging of this exceptional champagne are of the highest refinement. The bottle is tied in the old-fashioned way, which takes time and care. The label is a 19th-century reproduction. This 100% Chardonnay prestige cuvée has a matte old gold color with a beautiful sheen. The effervescence of these very fine bubbles announces the delicacy of this champagne. The nose is subtle, with notes of reinette apple, stewed exotic fruit and dried fruit. A veritable olfactory farandole. The palate delivers delicate, mature aromas. Suavity and youthfulness are the hallmarks of this 2007. Enjoy it on special occasions or with poularde de Bresse aux morilles.
