With its traditional hemp-string closure, this cuvée is one of the house's most accomplished. Nothing ostentatious, just delicate and subtle, in a charming atmosphere of tasty yellow fruit, watermelon, rose and violet notes. The palate is delicately saline and tender, with a touch of freshness that lingers. Ideal with sweetbreads or blue lobster au naturel.
