Always in keeping with the Maison's philosophy, meticulous presentation is the order of the day. The label is extremely refined, as is the bottle's old-fashioned closure made of hemp twine. The color is shiny. The nose is fresh, slightly saline, with hints of Calisson d'Aix. The palate is frisky, dominant and intuitive, with an unctuous, mineral mouthfeel. Enjoy as an aperitif or with roasted turbot and parsnip purée with wild garlic.
