This singular champagne is atypical in its blend of grapes from the estate's Grands Crus. In keeping with the House's signature, it offers a highly refined presentation, with a streamlined, updated 19th-century label and a hemp twine closure. The brilliant golden color reveals a fragrance of white fruits with gourmand notes. The nose reveals candied apricot, sweet almond, williams pear and baked apple, supported by pastry notes of vanilla. The palate is suave, inviting, delicate and creamy, a true delight. A champagne to pair with veal sweetbreads with morel mushrooms
